摘要
研究了微波消化制样光度法测定 COD的新方法 ,确定了微波消化的主要因素、最佳消化条件和测定条件 ,吸光度与 COD值在 0~ 1 g· L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of COD was studied. The sample was digested in a microwave oven. The main factor of microwave digestion and the optimum conditions for digestion and determination are tested. Values of the absorbances and COD are in linear relation when COD value is between 0~1g·L -1 . The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of some natural water samples and results obtained are satisfactory both in accuracy and precision.
