摘要
利用^(113m)In 标记二乙三胺五醋酸进行γ照相,测得140例不同年龄组正常人的鼻纤毛系统传输速率为8.1±3.1mm/min,同时对各年龄组鼻纤毛传输速率的差异进行显著性检验,其结果是:各年龄组之间差异显著,11~14岁者传输速率最快,5~10岁和41~50岁者次之,51~60岁及60岁以上者最慢。此外,经统计学 T 检验,证实在性别上无显著性差异。
The results of the measurement of the nasal mucociliary transportation rate in nomal subjects by radionuclide scintigraphy with 113m-In-DTPA and γ-CAMARA have been reported in this articte.The transportation rate in 140 cases was 8.1±3.1mm/min.The significance test showed that the nasal mucociliary transportation rate in all groups with different ages has striking difference.The results were as follows:11y-14y age grop is the fastest,5y-10y and 41y-50y was thesecond,51y~60y and older than 60y was the slowest.But no different results between men and women could be found by T-test.Thes study has great significance for treatment in nasal and estimation of the pathophyological process as well as curative effect.
