摘要
以丙烯酰胺 (AM)、丙烯酸 (AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA)为单体 ,采用水溶液共聚法合成了交联型P(AM -NaAA-HEMA)三元共聚高吸水性树脂。研究了影响共聚物性能的主要因素 :单体组成 ,交联剂用量 ,引发剂用量等的影响。并对其保水性 ,吸水、吸盐水速率进行了测定。该树脂吸水速度快 ,吸水率 (去离子水 )达 10 0 0g·g-1,吸盐水 (0 9%NaCL) 88g·g-1。
The high water-absorbing resin,i.e.,poly(acrylamide-sodium acrylate-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate),was prepared by water solution copolymerization under the condition of using potassium persulfate as initiater,water as the dispersant,N,N-methylene-bisacrylamide as the crossling agent.The relations between the characteristics of the resin and the monomers composition,the amount of crosslinker and initiator were also studied.The absorption power of the resin is 1000(g·g -1 )for deionizing water,88(g·g -1 )for 0 9%NaCl solution.
