摘要
在氟塑料管内充满折射率n≥1.346的水溶液(乙醇及其水溶液、二氧六环及其水溶液)构成液芯光纤,对其导光特性和光谱特性进行了研究,在此基础上提出了液芯在61%乙醇或20%二氧六环水溶液中测定Fe(Ⅱ)的新方法。灵敏度(ng/mL)分别为0.124、0.122;线性范围均为0~10ng/mL。试剂中Fe(Ⅱ)的测量值与推荐值相吻合,对天然水中的Fe(Ⅱ)进行了测定并做了加入已知Fe(Ⅱ)的回收实验,回收率在99%~101%。
liquid core optical fiber has been constituted in a fluorine plastic pipe filled with aqueous solution (alcohol and its aqueous solution,dioxane and its aqueous solution) of refractive index n≥1.346.The optical transmission and spectroscopy for liquid core optical fiber have been studied.On this basis,a new method for determination of Fe(Ⅱ) in 61% alcohol aqueous solution or 20% dioxane aqueous solution by the long liquid core optical fiber spectroscopy has been put forward with the sensitivity (ng/mL) of Fe(Ⅱ) being 0.124 and 0.122 respectively and the linear ranges being 0~ 10 ng/mL.Fe(Ⅱ) value determined in reagents was in agreement with reference.The recovery test for natural waters of Fe(Ⅱ) were conducted by adding known amounts of Fe(Ⅱ) with the recovery being 99% ~ 101 %.
