摘要
通过实验证明了溶液吸收单色光时,“S”形是吸光度与溶液浓度之间的关系(A-c)曲线的本质特性。A-c曲线上存在着一个吸光灵敏度最大的区间,这是分光光度法最灵敏最可靠的区间,在这个区间溶液吸光度的改变量正比于溶液厚度b和吸光物质浓度c之积的改变量△(bc),即△A=K△(bc)(分光光度法的理论基础)。以此为基础建立了用一个标准物质绘制校正曲线的分光光度法。此法不仅加快了分光光度法的测定速度,而且扩大了其应用范围。
For solution absorbed monochromdtic light,the experiments have proved that 's-shape' is the essential characteristic of A-c curve of the solution.It showed that the highest sensitive interval must exist in the A-c curve.This is just the most sensitive and reliable interval of spectrophotometry,in this interval the solution absorbance difference Δ4 is proportional to the product difference Δ( Ac),which is the product of thickness b and absorptiometric matter concentration c of the solution,that is ΔA = kΔ(bc).This is the theoretical basis of the standard spectrophotometry.This method not only heightenes determining speed,but also broadens the applying range of spectrophotometry.
