摘要
比较了镍、钯、钌、铂、铑的氧化物对乙炔和甲酸甲酯的气固相加氢酯化反应的催化性能 ;筛选了镍催化剂中的无机载体 ;研究了浸渍法制备的镍催化剂的催化反应行为。结果表明 ,浸渍法制备的镍基催化剂 ,Ni2 + 是具有催化活性的组分。活性中心氧化镍的聚集及被高聚物覆盖和催化剂的流失是催化剂不断失活的原因。
The catalytic performances of NiO/Al 2O 3,PdO/Al 2O 3,Ru 2O 3/Al 2O 3 and Rh 2O 3/Al 2O 3 were studied for hydroesterification of acetylene with methyl formate.The effect of different in organic supports on the hydroesterification was also investigated.The experimental results indicated that the relative selectivity to methyl acrylate is NiO/Al 2O 3>PdO/Al 2O 3>Ru 2O 3/Al 2O 3>PtO 2/Al 2O 3 and Rh 2O 3/Al 2O 3,and γ alumina is an effective support.The mechanism of gas phase hydroesterification over NiO/Al 2O 3 was studied with XPS,XRD,deoxidize and other methods.The results showed that the active species is nickel cation and not metallic nickel.NiO assembling,polymeric compound formed in the reaction and the loss of NiO caused the deactivation of NiO/Al 2O 3 catalyst.
