摘要 提出无外加动力的蒸汽喷射自循环煤气甲烷化工艺。 2 5L、15 0h现场单管实验表明 ,在入口 2 2 / 1的高水气比和 2 0 0 0h-1空速条件下 ,化肥工业通用的甲烷化催化剂具有良好的反应活性 ,单程CO甲烷化率可达 90 %以上。 The self circulation process of methanation of city gas is proposed in this paper. As carrier for the heavy reactive heat produced in an adiabatic methanation reactor, the product gas is circulated from the outlet to the inlet by a steam jet operated with middle pressure steam generated from reactive heat. In this way the chemical energy lost from methanation reaction is part recovered in the form of mechanic energy. Therefore the energy utilities are improved for the process of methanation of city gas. Through the 150 hour s' experimental results obtained in a pilot rig with a 2 5 L methanation reactor, it is displayed that a widely used methanation catalyst, J106-2Q for ammonia industry, has satisfactory performances under the high ratio of H 2O/gas (2 2/1, vol%) inlet condition set in this process. The CO conversion of the city gas is steadily over 90% in one-pass through the adiabatic reactor in the experimental system.
