摘要
简要介绍了制备高分子量聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的三种方法 ,重点介绍了其固相聚合的基本原理及主副反应规律 ,固相聚合的各种影响因素 ,如预聚体原料路线、端羧基和羟基平衡、切片形状和尺寸、催化剂、反应副产物、结晶形态和结晶度、二甘醇含量、熔点、分子量分布、共聚组分等。最后介绍了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯固相聚合反应动力学 ,如温度、时间对固相聚合反应速度的影响 ,低温固相聚合反应动力学等。参考文献 1 7篇。
Three kinds of methods for preparing high molecular weight of poly(ethylene terephalate)(PET) were briefly introduced. The basic principle of solid-phase polycondensation of PET and all reaction formula and effects on solid-phase polycondensation of PET were emphatically described, such as materials route of prepolymer, equilibrium between carboxy end group and hydroxy end group, chip shape and size, catalyst, by-products, crystal morphology and crystallinity, diethylene glycol content and melting point, molecular weight distribution, comonomer etc. At last, dynamics of solid-phase polycondensation of PET were explained, such as effects of temperature and reaction time on solid-phase polycondensation rate, dynamics of cold sold-phase polycondensation etc. 17 references were presented.
