摘要
为了解水力空化作用对原糖溶液表面张力的影响,通过涡轮产生空化并作用于原糖溶液,考察原糖溶液浓度、涡轮出口压力、溶液温度、作用时间等因素对原糖溶液表面张力的影响。结果表明:涡轮空化作用能够使原糖溶液表面张力降低;表面张力下降率随着原糖浓度的升高、涡轮压力的增大、溶液温度的降低而增大;在空化作用初期,表面张力降低速率较快。
In order to understand the influence of hydrodynamic cavi- tation on the surface tension of raw sugar solution, the hydrodynamic cavitation generated with the turbine were applied to the raw sugar solution, and the effects were investigated of raw sugar solution con- centration, turbine outlet pressure, solution temperature on the raw sugar solution tension. It was showed that the turbine cavitation could reduce the raw sugar solution surface tension efficiently, and with the increasing of sugar concentration or turbine outlet pressure, and the surface tension. Meanwhile with the increasing of solution temperature the surface tension decreased. The reduction rate of sur- face tension was faster in the early stage of the process.
