摘要
利用DSC、SEM、X-ray和FTIR技术手段,研究生物酶水解胡萝卜渣纤维素的结构,分析酶解后纤维素链结构与聚集态结构的变化情况。结果表明:胡萝卜渣纤维素经酶解后,纤维素长度减小,短纤维素数量增加;纤维素的细胞壁层被脱除,次生壁微纤维素暴露;结晶温度升高,氧化分解温度降低;结晶度由40.49%提高到41.06%,微晶尺寸由4.1nm增加为4.3nm。酶解胡萝卜渣纤维素的形态结构和微观结构发生改变,但仍具有纤维素的基本化学结构和纤维素I型结构。
The paper was investigated the impact of enzyme on the structure of carrot pomace cellulose by the techniques of DSC,SEM, X-ray and FTIR. The structure of chain and aggregation were fur- ther analyzed. After carrot pomace cellulose hydrolyzing by enzyme, the length of cellulose decreased, and the number of short cellulose increased. The cell wall deprived from cellulose, with the secondary cell wall exposing. The temperature of crystallinity increased, the temperature of Oxidation and decomposition decreased. The degree of crystallinity improved from 40. 49% to 41. 06%. At the same time, the crystallite size increased from 4. 1 nm to 4. 3 nm. The morphology and microstrueture structure of carrot pomace cellulose changes, which is hydrolyzed by enzyme. But it still keeps the basic chemical structure and I structure of cellulose.
