橡胶硫化促进剂DZ合成工艺探讨

Processing Technique of Rubber-Sulfidation Accelerating Agent DZ

采用两步合成法制备橡胶硫化促进剂 DZ( N,N -二环己胺 - 2 -苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 ) ,控制 M( 2 - Mercapto benzothiazole)钠盐与氯代二环乙胺的摩尔比为 1 ,选择乙醇作有机溶剂 ,将缩合反应滴加M钠盐的温度控制在 30℃～ 35℃ ,即可制得熔点在 90℃以上 ,溶程小于 1℃ ,且收率近 80 %的高品质DZ产品.

The processing technique of rubber-sulfidation accelerating agent DZ(N,N-dieyclohexyl-2-benzothicazole) by two-step synthesis method is discussed. Highquality product with melting point over 90℃ and melting temperature range within 1℃ can be obtained in about 80% yield under the optimum reaction conditions as follows:mol_C_7H_4NS_2Na∶mol_C_12H_22NCl=1∶1, the temperature for adding C_7H_5NS_2(accelerating agent M) is controlled within 30℃~35℃ using EtOH as a solvent.
