桔梗提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用

Anti-fatigue effect of Platycodon grandiflorum extract on mice

研究桔梗乙醇提取物的抗疲劳功效。选用50只SPF雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分5组,即刺五加浓缩液对照组,桔梗乙醇提取物高、中、低剂量组和空白组。对不同浓度剂量组进行连续3周灌胃,空白组灌胃等容积的蒸馏水。每3d称重一次;3周后,测定各组小鼠爬杆时间、无负重游泳时间、肝糖原和肌糖原储备量几个指标。结果表明桔梗乙醇提取物具有良好的抗疲劳功效。

To study the anti-fatigue effect of Platycodon grandiflorum extract. 50 male mice of KM were randomly divided into blank controller group ,ASS controller group, high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group. Every dose were administered to the mice for three weeks,with feeding the deionized water as blank controller group. The weights in each group of mice were measured every three days. The climbing time, swimming time, hepatic glycogen content and muscle glycogen content in each group of mice were measured after three weeks. Conclusion was determined that Platycodon grandiflorum alcohol extract had obvious anti- fatugue function.
