摘要
目的观察针药并用对急性痛风性关节炎的抗炎作用。方法将96只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、治疗组和对照组,每组24只。采用尿酸钠溶液注入大鼠膝关节造成急性痛风模型。治疗组采用电针配合内服自拟痛风方治疗,对照组采用秋水仙碱灌胃治疗。分别于治疗后第1天、第2天、第5天取受试关节的滑膜组织测定IL-1β、IL-8含量。结果模型组、治疗组和对照组造模后关节滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8含量与空白组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗后关节滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8含量与模型组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论针药并用能降低大鼠急性痛风性关节炎滑膜IL-1β、IL-8含量。
Objective To investigate anti-inflammatory action of electroacupuncture combined with medication treatment on acute gouty arthritis. Method Ninety-six rats were randomly allocated into a normal group, a model group, a treatment group, and a control group, 24 in each group. The model of acute gout was developed by injecting sodium urate into rat's knee joints. The treatment group was given Chinese herbal medicine prescription for gout plus electroacupuncture; the control group was intervened by intragastric administration with colchicine. The contents of interleukin-1β and interleukin-8 in articular synovial tissues on treatment day 1, 3 and 5 were determined respectively. Result After modeling, the contents of interleukin-1β and interleukin-8 in articular synovial tissues of the model group, treatment group, and control group were significantly different from those of the normal group (P〈0.05). After treatment interventions, the contents of interleukin-1β and interleukin-8 in synovial tissues of the treatment and control groups were significantly different from those of the model group (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and medication can down-regulate the contents of interleukin-1β and interleukin-8 in articular synovium of rats with acute gouty arthritis.
