摘要
研究了槲皮素 -锡 ( )荧光体系的形成条件 ,建立了测定槲皮素的荧光光度法。在 0 .0 0 8mol/ L HCl介质中 ,形成 n(槲皮素 )∶ n[锡 ( ) ] =2∶ 1的荧光络合物。 Triton X- 1 0 0对体系有强烈的增敏作用 ,激发波长为 4 43nm。发射波长为 4 95nm。槲皮素浓度在 8.0× 1 0 -6mol/ L~ 7.2× 1 0 -5 mol/ L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系 ,检出限为 2 .2× 1 0 -7mol/ L。方法可用于测定中草药高良姜、鱼腥草、槐米、桑寄生、柴胡中的槲皮素。
The optimum conditions for the formation of the quercetin Tin(Ⅳ) fluorescent system were studied.The fluorimetric method was proposed for the determination of quercetin.In triton X 100 medium,Sn(Ⅳ) and quercetin form a ye ll ow complex,whose composition is quercetion∶Sn=2∶1 under a suitable acidic condition.The excitation and emission wavelengths are 443 nm and 495 nm respectively.The calibration cure is linear from 8.0×10 -7 mol/L to 7.2×10 -5 mol/L.The limit of detection is 2.2×10 -7 mol/L.The proposed method was applied to the determination of quercetin in some samples with satisfactory results.
