摘要
研究了新试剂 3,5-二溴吡啶偶氮 - 5-甲氧基酚 ( DBPMP)与铱的显色反应。在水杨酸 ( R)的存在下 ,于 p H6 .5的醋酸 -醋酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,形成了配位比为 Ir∶ DBPMP∶ R=1∶ 1∶ 1的橙红色的三元配合物。λmax=588nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=1 .96× 1 0 5 L/mol· cm。根据配合物的紫外和红外光谱性质 ,研究了三元配合物的结构。方法应用于合成试样中铱元素含量的测定 ,加入回收率在 98.6 8%~ 1 0 3.50 %之间。
The colour reaction of iridium (Ⅲ) with 3,5 dibromopyridinylazo 5 methoxyphenol (DBPMP) was studied. In the presence of salicylic acid (R) and in pH 6.5 acetate buffer medium, the ternary complex was formed. Its molar rate was determined as Ir∶DBPMP∶R=1∶1∶1, λ max =588 nm, ε max =1.96×10 5 L/(mol·cm),The complex structure was deduced by means of the IR and UV spectra.The method suggested in this paper was applied to determine iridium content in synthetic sample and noble metal ore with satisfactory results.
