摘要
冗思是一种反复关注自身消极情绪及相应事件的思维方式,而正念训练是个体有意识地把注意维持在当前内在或外部体验之上并对其不做任何判断的一种自我调节方法,研究发现正念训练对冗思具有治疗作用,能够减轻冗思对个体心理健康的影响。本文论述了冗思的发生机制、正念训练的作用机制,总结了国外应用正念训练对冗思进行干预的研究成果,在此基础上探讨了正念训练干预冗思的内在机制。
Rumination is a repeated focus on our own way of thinking of the negative emotions and events, and mindfulness training is a kind of self-adjusting method for the individual to consciously sustained attention in the current internal or external experience without making any judgment. Both of them are related to physical and mental health. This article explored the inner-effect mechanism for mindfulness training applied to intervene in rumination through the analysis of generation mechanism of rumination and mindfulness, and a summary of domestic and international studies about the training intervention in the effect of rumination.
