普通高中“多维空间”办学模式与实践探索--以安徽省宣城市第三中学特色办学为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国普通高中传统升学教育的"一维"发展模式同质化倾向严重,面临着办学资源不足、教学质量不高等诸多困境。安徽省宣城市第三中学在多年的教育教学实践中逐渐摸索和形成了独特的"多维空间"办学模式,开拓了学校内涵式发展的多重视野,为不同潜质的学生搭建了可供选择的多种教育平台,有效地实现了"让每一位学生有特长,让每一位学生都成功"的办学理念。"多维空间"办学模式有利于培养满足社会多样化需求的高素质人才,为普通高中多样化发展和办出特色提供了借鉴。 For a long period of time, most high schools in China have led to the tendency of homogenization in school running with the traditional “one-dimensional” mode of entering higher schools, which has led to numerous dilemmas such as the difficulty of enrollment, the lack of educational resources, the low teaching quality and so on. As a typical representative of ordinary high schools, the No.3 High School of Xuancheng has gradually formed a unique “multi-dimensional space” school running mode, putting up educational platforms for students of different potentials and providing a variety of ways to promote the professional development of teachers. The “multi-dimensional space” school running mode is beneficial to cultivating high-quality talents that meet the diverse needs of the society, and that has offered a reference for diversified development of schools with characteristics.
