摘要
简述了红外法测定煤中全硫含量的过程,分析了煤中全硫含量测定不确定度的来源识别,建立了测量过程分量的数学模型,量化了各分量的相对不确定度,最终确定合成不确定度和扩展不确定度并报出测定结果。
The process of total sulfur content determination in coal by infrared method was described briefly in this paper. The uncertainty sources were analyzed. Then, the mathematical model of components during the determining process was built while the relative uncertainty of each component was quantized. Finally, the combined uncertainty and the expended uncertainty were determined and the testing results were reported.
