摘要
基于TRIZ理论阐述了国内外型煤工业的发展历程并对常用的型煤黏结剂进行分析,指出新型加压气化型煤是我国工业型煤再次蓬勃发展的推动力,并依据技术系统协调进化、可控性进化、子系统不均衡进化、向超系统进化等技术进化法则对气化型煤黏结剂的开发进行分析和预测,提出了黏结剂的进化方向,为新型气化型煤黏结剂的开发提供准则。
The development of domestic and overseas coal briquetting technologies was described and the common adhesives were analyzed based on TRIZ theory. The new type of pressure gasifying briquette was supposed as driving force to develop the industrial briquette in China. The research and exploitation of the adhesives for gasifying briquette was analyzed and predicted based on various technology evolution laws from TRIZ theory, such as technology system coordination & evolution, controllability evolution; subsystem non-balanced evolution and super system evolution. Thus, the evolution direction of the research and exploitation of the adhesives was proposed, which could provide guidance to the development of new type of pressure gasifying briquette.
