医院输血科医源性感染控制的管理

Brief introduction of control of nosocomial infections in blood transfusion room

目的控制输血科医源性感染的发生,杜绝医院感染。方法加强医院感染的管理,健全合理的规章制度,做好医院感染培训,增强自我保护意识,认真做好输血前传染病的监测,建立工作人员健康记录,加强工作人员的防护措施、环境以及冰箱的消毒、废弃物的分类和无害化处理等措施。结果通过上述各项措施和管理,最大限度控制了输血科内的医源性感染,保障了工作人员的安全和身体健康。结论健全各项规章制度,加强培训和管理,可以预防输血科内医源性感染事件的发生。

OBJECTIVE To control the nosocomial infections in the blood transfusion room and prevent the nosocomial infections.METHODS The administration of hospital infection was strengthened,the reasonable rules and regulations were completed,the training about hospital infection was conducted well,the self-protection consciousness was improved,the detection of infection before transfusion was performed conscientiously,the health records were set up,the protective measures for the staff were stressed,the environment and iceboxes were kept sterilized,and the classification and decontamination of the medical waste were carried out.RESULTS By the measures and management mentioned above,the nosocomial infections in blood transfusion room has been under control in a maximum manner,which therefore ensured the safety and health of the staff.CONCLUSION The nosocomial infections in the blood transfusion room can be prevented by completing reasonable rules and regulations as well as strengthening the training and management.
