摘要
预裂爆破是露天开采最终边坡稳定的关键技术之一,预裂爆破的效果很大程度取决于预裂孔的钻孔质量。基于预裂孔施工质量对于预裂爆破的重要性,提出了一种预裂爆破孔的钻孔方法。应用实践表明,履带式潜孔钻机钻孔工艺施工较简单,可以严格控制预裂爆破孔方位角和倾角误差在1°以内,应用于预裂孔施工,取得了很好的预裂爆破效果。
The pre-splitting blasting technique is one of the key techniques in maintaining stability of final slope, and the effect of which largely depends on drilling quality of the presplitting holes. Considering the importance of the operational quality of presplitting hole to the presplitting blasting, the paper presents a drilling process of presplitting hole. Applications demonstrate that the crawler down-the-hole drill drilling approach is not only easily accessible in engineering,but can also strictly control azimuth angle with the dip error below 1° It achieves good results through the application.
