摘要
TLQ是近年新研制开发的一种浮选捕收剂。从矿石工艺矿物学研究入手,先查明金的嵌布粒度、赋存状态、与矿物的嵌镶关系等,通过正交试验确定了金浮选的最佳工艺条件为:磨矿细度-200目80%,粗选时间5 min,粗选TLQ捕收剂70 g/t,石灰用量1 000 g/t。浮选闭路试验结果表明,使用TLQ捕收剂浮选某金矿矿石,获得了精矿金品位98.81 g/t,金回收率92.95%的较好指标。
TLQ is a newly developed flotation collector. The study starts with process mineralogical characteristics like gold dissemination size, occurrence and its dissemination characteristics with other minerals and orthogonal tests have determined the optimal gold flotation conditions ： grinding fineness of 80 %- 200 mesh, roughing time of 5 min, dosage of TLQ in roughing 70g/t and lime dosage of 1 000g/t. Closed circuit tests showed that, applying TLQ collector in the flotation of some gold ore, satisfactory results were achieved with gold grade of 98.81 g/t and gold recov-ery rate of 92.95 %.
