摘要
探讨了WD-XRF法在地质实验室的应用现状,对比分析了WD-XRF测定地球化学勘查样品、硅酸盐岩石样品、铁矿石样品的测定条件、精密度和准确度,提出了WD-XRF法在地质实验室应用与研究的发展方向。
The paper discusses the current application situations of WD-XRF in geolabs, compares and analyzes the measuring conditions, precision and accuracy of WD-XRF determination of geochemical prospecting samples, sili-cate rock samples,iron ore samples, and finally puts forward the developing direction of WD-XRF method.
