摘要
预处理是小麦秸秆转化为燃料乙醇的关键步骤,对提高酶解阶段纤维素酶酶解效率是非常重要的。试验初步考察了Mg2+、Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Zn2+5种常用无机离子在设定的浓度范围内对酸性蛋白酶预处理小麦秸秆的影响,并利用纤维素酶酶解率来评价其试验效果。结果表明:Fe2+对酸性蛋白酶预处理有促进作用;Cu2+、Zn2+对酸性蛋白酶预处理有抑制作用;Mg2+、Mn2+则随着浓度的不同,对酸性蛋白酶预处理表现为促进或抑制作用。
Pretreatment, a crucial step in producing ethanol from wheat straws,is important to enhance the efficien- cy of cellulase hydrolysis. This thesis investigated five inorganic ions' influence on acid protease pretreating wheat straws. The five inorganic ions are Mg2+ , Fe2+ , Mn2+ , Cu2+ and Zn2+ , which are set m a certain range of concentrations during the experiment. The pretreating results were judged by the enzymolysis rate of cellulase. The experiment showed that Fe2+ would advance the pretreating,while Cu2+ and Zn2+ would inhibit the production of ethanol. Different concentrations of Mg2+ or Mn2+ correspondingly advance or inhibit the pretreating process.
