不同生育时期低温胁迫下水稻耐冷指标变化的研究 被引量:18

Cold Resistant Indexes Variation of Rice under Cryogenic Stress among Different Growth Stages

摘要 以东北地区冷敏感品种东农423、冷钝感品种东农425及中间型品种东农427为试验材料,分别在分蘖期、孕穗期及灌浆期进行冷水灌溉,对水稻叶片的丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、叶绿素及可溶性糖含量的动态变化进行研究,并用冷水反应指数(CRI)对4个生理指标进行相关分析。结果表明:低温处理下MDA、Pro、可溶性糖3种生理指标的含量呈上升趋势,停止胁迫后含量有所下降;而低温处理下叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,停止胁迫后含量上升。可溶性糖CRI与Pro CRI和叶绿素CRI之间呈显著正相关;MDA CRI与Pro CRI和叶绿素CRI呈极显著负相关;Pro CRI与叶绿素CRI呈极显著正相关;其他指标间相关性不显著。就本试验的3个生育时期来看,孕穗期是低温冷害的敏感时期,在生产上应加强这一时期的冷害预防力度。 Using northeast area cold tolerance varieties DN425, cold sensitive varieties DN423 and osculate varie- ties DN427 as studying materials, the dynamic change of the content of MDA,Pro, chlorophyll and soluble sugar of the rice leaf were obtained under the condition of cold water irrigation in pillaring stage, booting stage and filling stage, and the correlation analysis of the four indexes with cold water reacting index (CRI) were done. The results showed the contents of MDA, Pro, chlorophyll and soluble sugar increased in low temperature, and decreased when cryogenic stress stopped. The content of chlorophyll in low temperature declined when cryogenic stress stop content increased. There was a significant positive correlation between soluble sugar CRI and Pro CRI. chlorophyll CRI.There was a significant negative correlation between MDA CRI and Pro CRI, Pro nificant positive correlations. There was no significant correlation among the other CRI and chlorophyll CRI had sigindexes. Booting period was sensi- tive to cryogenic stress compared with the two other period, so chilling injury prevention efforts should be ened in this period. strength
