A Textual Criticism on Three Bamboo Flora

戴凯之《竹谱》、赞宁《笋谱》和李衎《竹谱详录》,是中国古代最重要的三部竹林学著作。本文对三书的作者、撰述背景、基本内容和科学与物质文化价值进行考证和评述,认为它们反映了中国古代竹子利用和竹林学发展的基本历史脉络。

Zhu Pu （written by Dai Kaizhi, lived in the Liu Song dynasty, the period of the Southern Dynasties）, Sun Pu （by Zan Ning, early North Song Dynasty） and Zhu Pu Xianglu （by Li Kan ,Yuan Dynasty） werethe three most important specialized texts of bamboo in ancient China. This article offers a textual criticism on their authors, backgrounds of compilation, basic content and their historical values in ancient Chinese botany ＆material culture with an evaluation that they reflected the basic historical context of bamboo utilization and the development of bamboo forestry.
