摘要
为解决改性沥青混合料施工时沥青烟气过大的问题,采用温拌沥青混合料技术是一条有效途径。结合温拌沥青混合料在庐山西海高速公路路面下面层的应用,通过室内混合料设计及性能检验,基于表面活性剂的温拌沥青混合料在有效降低混合料温度的同时仍然保持了良好的性能,可满足现行规范要求并可达到相应热拌沥青混合料的性能。在摊铺温拌沥青混合料时,可发现排放出的沥青烟大大减少;工后检测表明,温拌沥青混合料路面质量可满足规范要求。
It is a big issue of too much asphalt emissions would be ejected when paving modified asphalt mixture, using warm mix asphalt (WMA) technology is an effective way to solve this problem. When WMA technology being used in Yong-Wu Expressway, it is found that the mixing temperature of Evotherm-DAT WMA mixture had been reduced greatly. The performance of the WMA reached the corresponding HMA's performance, at the same time WMA could match the current specification. The asphalt fume emissions reduced dramatically when paving WMA mixture. Tests after paving show that the warm mix asphalt pavement quality could meet the specifications.
