交通数据质量宏观评价与控制方法

Macroscopic Evaluation and Control Method of Traffic Data Quality

针对交通数据质量微观评价方法无法评价交通数据整体质量的问题,提出交通数据宏观评价的思想,在对非正常交通数据分类进行研究的基础上,构建了4个交通数据宏观评价指标,并设计了交通数据宏观评价流程,根据各类非正常交通数据的产生原因,设计了交通数据质量宏观控制方法,利用实测数据验证表明,所设计方法可以实现交通数据质量的宏观评价,并能给出合理的交通数据质量控制策略。

In the light of the problem which evaluate the overall quality of traffic data, the idea of macroscopic evaluation of traffic data is proposed. Four macroscopic evaluation indexes of traffic data are constructed based on the classification of non-normal traffic data, and the flow of macroscopic evaluation of traffic data quality is designed. The macroscopic control method of traffic data quality is designed based on cause analysis of non-normal data. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can carry out the macroscopic evaluate of traffic data quality, and give a reasonable data quality improvement strategy.
