从邦格技术定义的发展看技术哲学

Thinking on the philosophy of technology from the changes on the definition of technology of Bunge

著名技术哲学家邦格的"技术是应用科学"的观点在国内技术哲学界流传甚广。本文通过深入解读邦格写于1966年的《作为应用科学的技术》和写于1979年的《技术的哲学输入和哲学输出》等文献,论证邦格对技术定义的变化,认为邦格早已摒弃了简单的"技术是应用科学"的定义。本文设计了科学技术的七阶连续统,指出邦格所指的"技术"比"应用科学"含义更丰富。

Technological philosopher Bunge＇s well-known point-Technology is Applied Science is widespread in the domestic technology philoso- phy. Through in-depth interpretation of Bunge＇s literatures such as the technology as applied science, written in 1966, and technology philoso- phy input and philosophical output, written in 1979, and others, the paper argues that Bunge has changed the definition of Technology, and Bunge has long abandoned the simple point-Technology is Applied Science. This paper designs a seven-stages continuum of science and technolo- gy and then demonstrates the meaning of ＂technology＂ said by Bunge is richer than ＂applied science＂.
