重大比赛前冬训期运动员的常见心理现象及启示

摘要 随着第13届全运会的日益临近,全运会冬训的大幕已经拉开。纵观历届全运会前的冬训,其中不乏一些典型的心理现象,如“化压力为动力”“加练”“冬训上难度”“意志品质培养”“心理节律调控”“星期一综合症”“拖延问题”“情绪控制”等等。对其进行深入分析,对广大运动员和教练员做好备战具有一定的现实意义。 As the 13th Chinese National Games is getting closer,the prelude of winter training for it has been opened.Observing every winter training before Chinese National Games,we have found some typical psychological phenomena worth analyzing, such as 'converting pressure into motivity','to add exercises','to have a hard winter training period','developing quality of athletes' will', 'to regulate and control psychological rhythm', 'Monday syndrome','procrastination problems', 'motion control',and so on.If these psychological phenomena have been wrongly disposed,the effects of athletes'preparation for competition would be seriously damaged.Therefore,during winter training,besides the physical training, emphasis should also be put on athletes' winter mental training in order to help athletes achieve new breakthrough at performances.
