摘要
传统流态化焙烧炉只有一个空腔,只能控制在一种气氛下对物料进行焙烧。但有些矿物需经过两种不同气氛下的焙烧才能获得工艺所要求的某一预期结果。本文作者设计了一种双室流态化焙烧炉,介绍了双室流态化焙烧炉的结构、主要尺寸、设计创新点及主要设想。
The traditional fluidized roaster can only roast the materials at one atmosphere because it has one cavity. However, some minerals need roast at two different atmospheres to achieve an expected result required by process. A double-chamber fluidized roaster was designed by the writer, and its structure, main size, designing innovation and main imagination were introduced.
