摘要
某公司熟料窑电除尘器扩容改造后收尘效率低。从气流分布着手检测,用定量数据分析找出了导致收尘率降低的根本原因,并据此进行改进,取得了较好的效果。
The low efficiency of dust collector of clinker rotary kiln in a company was introduced. Based on the detection of air distribution, the causes leading to low dust collecting efficiency was found by using the quantitative data analysis method. On the basis of that, the improvement of dust collector was per- formed and the better effects were obtained.
