摘要
形象学(Imagologie)通过对文学的研究来了解民族与民族之间是怎样互相观察、互相表述的。形象学中的"形象",不仅仅指异国的人物、景物,也可以指作品中关于异国的情感、观念和言辞。这一新兴学科正越来越多地吸引着我国比较文化研究者的目光。近年来,国内关于"中国形象"的异域表述的研究也逐渐兴起。选取德国表现主义作家阿尔弗雷德.德布林(Alfred D?blin,1878———1957)、阿尔伯特.埃伦施泰因(Albert Eh-renstein,1886-1950)、弗兰茨.卡夫卡(Franz Kafka,1883-1924)的著名中国小说为例,借助形象学的理论,进行"中国人"形象的分析和阐释。
Imagology explores the ways different nations observe and express each other through the study on literature.The "image" in imagology not only refers to foreign characters and sceneries,but also refers to the feelings,notions and statements about other countries in the literature works.In China,more and more attention of comparative culture researchers is being drawn by this emerging subject.In recent years,researches on expression of "Chinese" image in foreign countries have been gradually on the rise in China.With the help of imagology theories,this essay takes some noted Chinese novels by German expressionist writers Alfred Dblin,Albert Ehrenstein and Franz Kafka as examples,conducts an analysis and interpretation of the "Chinese" image.
