摘要
专业兴趣关系到大学生专业学习的投入程度与主动性,同时关系到大学生专业学习的质量与效果。限制高职文秘类专业学生专业兴趣的培育应贯穿专业培养的全过程,以课堂教学环节为主阵地,提升课堂教学吸引力,改进课程评价机制,同时结合学生个人学业规划,发挥专业导师的引导作用。
Studying interests determine the effects of educating in college.The restrictions of studying interests in secretary major in vocational college include both general characters and individual characters.This paper give some advises on how to improve the studying interests in secretary major.
