基于DEA的中国计算机应用服务类企业管理绩效研究

Study on Management Performance of Chinese Enterprises Specializing in Software Development and Computer-Related Services based on DEA

通过选取我国15家计算机应用服务类上市公司2011年的有关数据,运用DEA方法对各企业管理绩效进行相对有效性评价,发现我国计算机应用服务类企业的管理绩效总体不高,计算机应用服务类企业管理绩效与其规模关系不显著,计算机应用服务类企业管理绩效与其盈利能力成正比例关系等。计算机应用服务类企业不应该一味的追求大规模,而应该在提高企业管理水平山跟下功夫,通过提高核心技术、引进先进技术设备、形成优势产品,进而在提高管理绩效的基础上不断提升自身市场竞争力。

The study finds that the overall management performance of Chinese enterprises specializing in software development and cem- puter-related services are mediocre by sampling related statistics of fifteen public-listed Chinese companies in the year of 201 land using the method of the DEA to make a comparatively effective evaluation on their management performance. The study also reveals that man- agement performance has weak links with a company＇s scale and has direct pmpertion relations with their profitability. Therefore, compa- nies should spare no efforts to improve management instead of blindly seeking for scale expansion. By upgrading core-technologies, im- porting the advanced equipments and building edge products, companies could enhance their management performance and increase com- petitiveness.
