中外船舶配套产业发展现状分析

Status Analysis of Marine Equipment Industry at Home and Abroad

纵观造船强国的船舶制造产业发展之路可以看出,造船强国普遍重视国内船舶配套产业的发展。欧洲船舶配套产业主要致力于新产品开发、许可证技术转让、售前售后服务,以及高精度高附加值自动化设备的设计与制造。同欧美日韩船舶制造强国的船舶配套产业发展水平相比,我国的船舶配套产业的发展水平相对较低,企业自主研发能力较弱,主要生产的船用设备远远不能满足造船的需求,船用设备系统集成总体配套能力相对较弱。与此同时,我国的船用设备尚未建立完善的售后服务网络,相对制约了我国船舶配套产业研发的能力。

The development of shipbuilding industry in countries of great shipbuilding power shows that these countries usually pay great attention to the development of marine equipment industry. The marine equipment industry in Europe focuses on developing new products, transferring licensed technology, services before and after selling, and designing and manufacturing automatic equipment of high precision and vahe. Comparing with Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea, the development of China＇s marine equipment industry is rela- tively lagging; enterpfise＇s original research capability are weak; marine equipment manufactured is far from enough to meet the shipbuild- ing demand; the system integration capability of marine equipment is poor. In addition, after-sale service network of marine equipment in China hasn＇t been built, relatively curbing the improvement of research ability.
