摘要
针对当前文档管理的需求,设计了一套基于网络的办公文档集中管理系统。系统采用B/S结构的三层架构技术体系,实现了机关办公文档的基本公文流转过程,并通过文档服务器,对单位文档实行集中化存储和管理,对文档的管理和使用进行分级授权,解决了文档管理混乱以及信息安全问题,满足了单位办公文档管理的实用性与安全性要求。
In view of the lack and needs of current document management,we design a set of office document management system based on the network. The system uses the B/S structure of 3-tier architecture system, and realizes the basic circulation of office document. Through the document server and the system, the organization unit can adopt centralized storage and management for office document, carry out the hierarchical authority for users, and prevent the document from bad management and information loss, to meet the office document management utility and safety requirements.
