基于光纤复合海底电缆的海岛电力系统模型研究

摘要 我国目前有人驻扎的远洋海岛普遍存在供电不足、远程信息通信能力差的问题。针对这些不足,设计了一种适合远洋海岛的电力控制模型。模型利用光纤复合海底电缆作为介质连接本土与远洋海岛并通过光纤复合海底电缆向海岛提供电能。光纤复合海底电缆既能传输电能又能传输数据信号。利用它可以为远洋海岛构建安全可靠的供电系统和远程通信系统。模型能够有效解决目前我国海岛存在的电力及通信方面的问题。 At present,problems of power supply shortages and poor remote information communication capacity generally exist in some ocean islands where human dwell. A kind of power controlling model, suitable for ocean islands,is designed in this paper against those shortages. Andsubmarine composite power cable with optic fibers is used as a kind of medium to connect the native to ocean islands in thatmodel,as well to supply the power for ocean islands. Not only is it possible for submarine composite power cable with optic fibers, which can be applied to build safe and reliable power supply and remote communication system, to transfer power, but also data signal. Therefore, the present existing problems on the islands can be effectively solved by means of such model.
