Analysis of Reasons for Pediatric Medical Orders Administration Flaw and Improvement Suggestions

目的探讨分析儿科临床医嘱执行缺陷的原因及对策。方法在2010年1月-2011年12月期间由各责任护士对发现的医嘱执行缺陷情况进行记录、汇总,分析原因、总结经验、采取改进措施。结果医护合作可以有效减少儿科临床医嘱执行缺陷,为患儿提供优质的医疗护理服务。结论医生正确、及时在电脑中输入医嘱,护士严格医嘱查对制度是防止医嘱执行缺陷发生的关键。

Objective To investigate reasons and countermeasures for pediatric： medical order executive flaw. Method Head nurses recorded and summarized medical order executive flaw during 2010 January to 2011 Deeember and analyzed the reasons, summed up the experience, and took measures for improvement. Results Doctor-nurse cooperation can effectively reduce pediatric medical order executive flaw and help to provide quality health care, serviees for children. Conclusion The key to prevent the occurring of defects relates both the correct and timely input of medical order in computer by doctors and strict order check by nurses.
