危机管理在ICU危重病人院内转运过程中的应用

Application of Crisis Management in the Nosocomial Transportation of Critically Ill Patients of ICU

目的阐明危机管理在ICU危重病人院内转运安全管理中的应用。方法运用危机管理理论,针对影响ICU危重病人院内安全转运过程中的因素进行分析。结果提出排查各个护理环节中潜在的安全隐患方法和处理对策,建立一套完善的护理质量管理系统。结论危机管理是护理安全管理工作中的一个不可缺少的环节。通过运用危机管理对护理危机进行分析和处理,提高护理人员的风险防范意识,有效地控制和降低危重病人院内转运中护理危机的发生率,对保证护理安全,提高护理质量具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To elucidate application of crisis management in the nosocomial transportation of critically ill patients of ICU Methods The theory of crisis management was used and the factors that influence the nosocomial transportation of critically ill patients of ICU were analyzed. Results Methods for detecting potential safety hazards in various processes of nursing of and countermeasures was put in place and a nursing quality management system was established. Conclusion Crisis management is an indispensable part in the management of nursing safety. The application of crisis management has important clinical significance to the analysis and response of nursing crisis, to improved nurses＂ risk awareness, to effective control and reduction of the incidence of crisis in the nosocomial transportation of critically ill patients and to guaranteeing the safety of nursing and improving the quality of nursing.
