血液透析操作过程中的风险规避与职业防护

Risk Aversion and Occupational Protection in the Process of Hemodialysis

目的探讨血液透析中心护理操作常见的风险因素,并制定职业防护措施。方法将2011年1月至2012年6月血液透析中心发生的护理风险事件做回顾性分析,针对常见风险因素分析原因。结果血液透析中心护理操作过程中常见风险事件发生原因由高到低依次是:与患者有关的风险,与护士有关的风险以及非正常护理操作引发的风险。结论加强血液透析中心安全管理,对不同透析区域进行合理布局,加强对传染病的检查,提高护理人员个人防护,能有效控制血液透析中心护理风险事件的发生。

Objective To explore the common risk factors in the nursing procedures of the hemodialysis center for the development of occupation protection measures Method Nursing risk events of the hemodialysis center from January 2011 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed for the common risk factors. Results The reason for common risk event in nursing operations of hemodialysis center （from high to low） are： patient-related risks, nurse-related risks and abnormal nursing procedures. Conclusion To strengthen the safety management of hemodialysis center, to rationalize layout of different dialysis regions, to strengthen infectious disease screening and to improve occupational protection of nursing staff can effectively control the occurance of the nursing risk events of hemodialysis center.
