摘要
在公立医院人力资源管理过程中,必须渗透管理伦理学思想,文章分析了公立医院人力资源特征和医院人力资源管理伦理现状,探讨治理伦理缺失的对策,必须在招聘、考核、培训、激励等环节中强化人本管理,弘扬医院文化,运用多种激励,实现单位和职工和谐共赢。
In the human resources management of public hospitals, ethics thought must be penetrated, this paper analyzes the characteristics of public hospital human resources and the ethics situation of human resources in the public hospital, this paper discusses the countermeasures of ethical lack, must be intensive humanistic management in recruitment, assessment, training, motivation and other environmental, and carry forward the culture of the hosital, reach the harmonious between the organization and the staff.
