This paper summarizes the application of fine management in health examination for standardized service process and improved quality of health examination. Our centre adheres to the "customer first, quality foremost" service philosophy and implemented fine management, paying attention to each processes of health examination for optimized process and continuously improved service quality that meet the people's growing demand for health services.
