黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效研究

STUDY THE EFFECT OF HUANGQI GUIZHI WUWU TANG FUMIGATION TREATMENT OF DIABETIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸方法治疗对老年人糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分配为A(中药熏蒸加西药口服)、B(中药熏蒸)、C(西药口服)三组各30例,中药熏蒸方法使用中药黄芪桂枝五物汤进行膝关节以下药物熏蒸,每天一次,每次时间为30 min;西药口服使用弥可保(甲钴胺),每片500μg,每日三次,每次一片口服。两个月后,观察治疗前后三组病例临床症状、深浅感觉和肌电图变化的情况对照。并进行统计学比较。结果中药熏蒸+西药组疗效明显优于中药熏蒸组和西药组,中药熏蒸组改善下肢血液循环和肢端麻木发凉等主客观症状优于西药组。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸能较好地改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状以及深浅感觉,对肌电图也有较好的改善,其改善症状和下肢血液循环方面优于西药弥可保口服效果。而中药熏蒸配合西药口服疗效明显高于单一治疗方案。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of huangqi guizhi wuwu tang （traditional Chinese medi- cine） fumigation treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 90 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, randomly distributed to A （ Chinese medicine fumigation plus western medicine orally）, B （ Chinese medicine fumigation）, C （western medicine orally） three groups and each group has 30 patients, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation method use traditional Chinese medicine huangqi guizhi wuwu tang fumigation on knee joint and the lower part of limb, once A day, each time for 30 minutes ; Western medicine orally use insurable （ mecobalamin, WeiCai China pharmaceutical co. , LTD. , batch number： 031175） , one tablet （500 p~ g） each time, three times a day. The treatment continued for two months. Then, three groups of cases were observed clinical symptoms, superficial ＆ deep feeling and EMG change with control before and after treatment with comparison and statistics. Results Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation plus western medicine treatment group is obviously superior to both the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group and western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation group improve the lower limbs blood circulation and acra numbness, cooling etc symptoms is su- perior to western medicine group. Conclusion Huangqi guizhi wuwu tang traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can better improve the degree of diabetes peripheral neuropathy patients＇ clinical symptoms and depth to feel and EMG have better im- proved, its improvement of symptoms and blood circulation of the lower limbs better than that of western medicine ＂insurable＂ orally. And curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation plus western medicine orally is obviously higher than any single treatment.
