改良截石位在宫、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症手术护理中的应用

APPLICATION OF MODIFIED LITHOTOMY POSITION FOR NURSING INFERTILITY OPERATION WITH COMBINED LAPAROSCOPY AND HYSTEROSCOPY

目的探讨改良截石位在宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症手术护理中的应用效果。方法将60例宫、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症手术随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组采用传统的截石位摆放方法;试验组采用改良截石位摆放方法。观察两组患者术后舒适度、手术体位暴露情况满意度、术后并发症发生率。结果术者对手术体位暴露情况的满意度、术后并发症发生率、患者术后舒适度明显好于对照组(p<0.05),且手术时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义。结论宫、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症手术采用改良截石位效果优于传统的截石位,有利于手术的顺利进行,对女性不孕症的诊治具有重要的意义。

Objective To study the nursing effect while modified lithotomy position was applied during infer- tility operation with combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. Methods 60 cases of combined laparoscopy and hyste- roscopy for infertility operation were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. Traditional lithoto-my position was applied in the control group with 30 cases, and the other 30 cases were assigned to experimental group with modified lithotomy position. Satisfaction of posture exposure, postoperative comfort, operation duration and incidence of complications were observed. Results Compared to the control group, it revealed better in Satisfaction of posture exposure, postoperative comfort （p 〈 O. 05 ）, shorter in operation duration , as well as lower incidence of complications. Conclusion During infertility operation with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy, modified lithot- omy position is regarded well than traditional lithotomy position. This new method has benefit in the success of operation. Therefore, it plays important role in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
