摘要
通过对医院科研公共平台实施年度绩效考核,从多方面推动科研公共平台的工作快速进展,取得了一定成效,包括:充分利用了科研公共平台的资源优势,调动了平台科研人员的积极性,提高了平台为临床服务的意识,推动了全院科研工作的快速发展。
The yearly performance assessment on public laboratory was put into practice in Taihe hospital, and the scientific research work in public laboratory was promoted in many ways. The effects was obvious, such as the predominant resource in public laboratory was utilized adequately, the enthusiasm of staffs in work was aroused, the service to clinic staffs was improved, and the scientific research work in hospital was droved to develop quickly.
