白血病相关抑制物对正常人T淋巴细胞集落形成的影响

The Effect of Leukemia-Associated Inhibitor on Normal T Lymphocyte Colony Formation

通过收集16例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)病人的血清和外周血白血病细胞条件培养液(LCM),对血清和LCM中的白血病相关抑制物(LAI)对正常人T淋巴细胞集落(CFU-TL)形成的影响进行研究。发现16例病人的LAI对正常人CFU-TL均有抑制作用,而缓解期病人的LAI抑制作用甚弱。追踪观察11例病人:其中抑制率高于30％的6例患者治疗效果差;抑制率低于25％的5例患者治疗效果较好,达到完全缓解或部分缓解。结果提示ANLL病人的细胞免疫功能缺陷与LAI的存在有关。

The effect of Leukemia-associated inhibitor (LAI) in leukemia cells conditioned media (LCM) and sera from patients with ANLL on normal T lymphocyte colony formation were studied. The results show that LAI from 16 patients with ANLL before treatment inhibit colony formation of normal T lymphocyte and the inhibitory activity of LAI is lower when patients are in complete remission. After being treated by chemotherapy, 6 patients from 11 cases died, all their LCM inhibitory rate was higher than 30％. In 5 from 11 cases of partial remission or complete remission, the inhibitory rate was lower than 25％. Our study indicate that cellular immunodificiency of patients with ANLL may be due to LAI, so it is useful to evaluate the cellular immunological state of patients with ANLL, and it also helps to determine the treatment, and predict the prognosis by continual test of the inhibitory rate of LCM or sera from patients on normal CFU-TL.
