摘要
底吹炉熔炼时铜锍品位的选择影响着粗铜冶炼生产的过程组织和控制。本文选取不同品位铜锍,对熔炼、吹炼过程进行物料平衡和热平衡冶金计算,为底吹炉选定合适的铜锍品位,以提高熔炼直收率、主金属综合回收率,降低粗铜冶炼直接费用。
The selection of copper matte grade in smelting process of bottom-blowing iurnace affects the orgamzatxon and control of production process of blister copper smelting. In this paper different grades of copper matte was selected, and the metallurgical calculation of material balance and heat balance of smelting and blowing process was performed for selecting proper copper matte grade of bottom-blowing furnace. The purpose is to increase the direct recovery rate of smelting and the comprehensive recovery rate of main metals, and to reduce the direct cost for blister copper smelting.
