The corneal ulceration models were formed by injecting bacteria solution into the corneaparenchyma layer. I he norfloxacin eye-drops as positive comparison and normal saline as negative comparison were used in order to evaluate the efficacy of enoxacin eye-drops in the treatment of rabbit corneal ulcers. The results indicated that 0.3% enoxacin eye-drops was effective in the treatment of comeal ulcer caused by gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
