急性胆道感染的B超诊断分析

Sonographic Imaging Analysis of Acute Biliary Tract Infection

文章对经手术病理证实的６５例急性胆囊炎和５例急性化脓性胆管炎的声像图进行总结分析。结果：急性胆囊炎表现：胆囊增大，张力增高，多数病例囊壁增厚，胆囊内可见点、片状中等回声。坏疽性胆囊炎、胆囊穿孔应综合判断。急性化脓性胆管炎的声像图显示肝内外胆管扩张，壁增厚，回声增强，毛糙，总胆管内有胆泥和浓汁。结论：对急性胆道感染Ｂ超是最有效的影像诊断方法。

The sixty - five acute cholecystitis and five cases of acute cholangitits sonographic imaging, confirmed by operation and pathology, were analyzed retrospectively. The sonographic features of acute cholecystits included gallbladder enlargement, wall tension increasing, wall thickening in most of the cases, and dot or pieced - like echo debris within the gallbladder. We descried the thickenbed wall pat- tern of acute cholecystitis as 3 types and emphases that acute gangrenous cholecystitisand perforation should be comprehensively consid- ered. Acute pyogenic cholangitis on gray - scale characterized intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct dilatation, wall echo increasing and irregular, duct wall thickening and intramural sludge or pus debris present. It is concluded that the B - mode sonography is one of the effective imaging ways in evaluating the acute biliary infection
